The next stop is a plant where the world famous Prosciutto is made. The day concludes with a trip to a producer of Balsamic Vinegar in Modena to see how it's made and, of course a tasting.

Discover one of the most famous Italian typical products “Parmigiano Reggiano” cheese, combined with a less known one that will be a real surprise - the king of the cold cuts, “Culatello di Zibello”.

First, visit an authentic cheese dairy of Parmigiano Reggiano of the “Low Lands” of Parma. Next, stop at a farm for the unique opportunity to admire the local fruit and vegetable cultivation, black pigs and more. Then head down to the cellars where the Culatello di Zibello ages for years. This is a hidden gem that even Prince Charles of England and Prince Alberto of Monaco have sought out. Don't worry, your day is not complete without trying the delicious products you saw throughout the day!

From Turin, taste your way through the region of Piedmont on this private, guided wine tour.

Your tour begins in Barbaresco, home to a famous historical wine cellar.  Tour the beautiful estate, then have a tasting of three of their top wines.

Lunch will be in Alba at a typical Piedmontese trattoria where you will try some local foods.

The last stop is in Barolo, the origin of the Barolo DOCG vineyards.  Have a tasting in a prestigious winery located in the center of a natural amohitheater that overlooks the vineyards.

Today begins with a visit to an artisan butcher where you will taste the famous Piedmontese meats including battuta al coltello (raw meat), sausages of Bra served on fresh warm artisanal bread, and other delicious cold cuts.

Lunch will be at a typical Piedmontese trattoria where you will sample a few of the local specialties from their tasting menu plus wine.

Your last stop is to a small and excellent Barbaresco wine producer. The visit includes a stroll in the vineyards, estate, and cellar for a tasting of Moscato, Barbera and Barbaresco.

Grabbing your mortar and pestle, your skillful teacher will reveal the secret process to making their famous pesto sauce. Then, enjoy a relaxing light lunch with the meal you prepared.

Then, you will be greeted by a local wine producer, who will show you his vineyards overlooking the gorgeous sea of this nature preserved land. After visiting the vineyards, relax while sipping the wine that speaks for its village’s culture, passion, and devotion, including a tasting of the precious Sciacchetrà wine.
