Offering one of the most amazing and best designed swimming pools of the island, purposedly created and built for this villa by a well-known local architect, Beach Villa Joanna is truly set to impress. Thanks to its 3 spacious bedrooms (air-conditioned), beautifully decorated interiors, wide common areas both inside and outside, th villa can comfortably sleep up to 6 / 8 guests. The outdoor areas of Beach Villa Joanna are set to impress. With the addition of a stunning swimming pool, which has been cleverly designed and is beautifully lit at night, guests can even enjoy a refreshing dip diving straight from the balcony. The swimming pool is divided into 2 sections, one dedicated to adults and one dedicated to the children. The adult section measures the impressive size of 9m x 4m (depth from 1.2m to 1.7m) while the children section measures 5m x 2m (dept 0.5m). The circular section of the pool has a pleasant seating area, perfect for relaxing while enjoying a drink. Adults and children can safely play on the lawn at the front of the villa, or sunbath on one of the comfortable sunbeds provided, enjoying the beautiful views over the surrounding olive trees. Private parking is also available on the premises.
