It is ideal for visiting Tuscany’s areas of interest, such as the Val d’Orcia and the Maremma. At the property you can relish nature’s quiet and peacefulness.

Access to the villa is via a 2,5 km stretch of unpaved road: the road is in good condition but is not suitable for sports cars or low riding vehicles.

Villa guests can enjoy the large private garden and private pool with panoramic views (12 x 6 meters; depth: 1,50 meters). Upon request it can be heated (for a fee), to make swimming more pleasant during the cooler months.

Outside there is also a lovely veranda furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbecue.

In the house there is free Wifi internet, air conditioning throughout the villa, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
