In the vicinity one can visit the most charming towns, archaeological sites and landscapes of the western part of Sicily, such as the medieval old town centre of Erice, the impressive temple of Segesta, the island of Mozia, the Zingaro’s natural reserve, the Egadi Islands, Marsala’s salt pans and the beautiful Trapani.
