Itinerary
Arrive in Rome at Fiumicino Airport.
Your private driver will bring you to your Rome hotel. Rest up and get a bite to eat. Tomorrow begins your exploration of Italy!
Under the guidance of your fun and friendly Italian host Fabio, Monica or Federico, who are passionate about Italian cooking, immerse yourself in Italian life to discover the gastronomic delights of Rome.
The day begins with a walking tour of the chef's favorite food shops leading to the famous Rome outdoor food market - Campo de' Fiori.
Then go to the chef's private apartment where you’ll learn Italian cooking techniques and the skills to cook delicious Italian dishes with a focus on making fresh pasta dishes. The course will teach you the techniques needed to cook different pasta dishes as well as one meat dish (vegetarians can be catered for) that you will be able to use time after time at home.
This morning explore the most important sights of Ancient Rome - the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with skip the line access.

Your private driver will meet you at your hotel and bring you to the Rome Train Station. Sit back and relax as you take a first class train from Rome to Naples. Once in Naples, your private driver will bring you from Naples Train Station to your Sorrento hotel.
Afternoon at your leisure.
No holiday in Sorrento would be complete without a trip to the evocative Island of Capri. Sail across the bay of Sorrento for the start of an unforgettable day. For such a small an island, about 4 miles long and 2 miles wide, Capri has had much said, sung and written about it.
Enjoy a guided walking tour of Capri with their chic town centers, shops, hotels and restaurants along winding streets. The main square Piazza Umberto I has a pretty white church and several open-air cafes where you can sit and watch the world drift by. Leading off the square are medieval-looking alleyways and arcades full of shops selling the handicrafts of the island, clothing, jewelry made from coral and gold, shoes and ceramics. Then, head south to admire the famed Faraglioni Rocks.
At last, meet your guide again and enjoy a boat ride around the island to admire its splendid caves before heading back to Sorrento.
*This activity is only available from March to October. You may enjoy a free day or select a different activity in the months the excursion to Capri doesn't operate.

Enjoy a full day tour in the Southern food and wine valley with visits to two local factories and one winery followed by some tastings (salami, wine and cheese).
Your Italy Vacation has come to an end as you transfer from your hotel to Naples Airport and head back home.

The “Amalfi Coast Drive” is said to be the most famous scenic drive in Europe and from Sorrento, the winding cliff top road offers breathtaking panoramic views at every bend. Each spot is a world of its own, a fantastic world which dazzles the imagination and inspires unforgettable impressions. On this tour, you'll discover Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, three of the most beautiful villages in the south of Italy.
Positano is a stunning petit village, famous for its perched whitewashed houses and a striking view of the crystal-blue sea. In Positano you will have about one hour to explore the town on your own. Then, you will stop in Amalfi, the capital city of the former Amalfi Republic, and its wonderful Saint Andrew’s Cathedral. Enjoy some free time (about 2 hours) in Amalfi on your own or take an optional boat ride at additional cost. Last stop is Ravello situated in a more elevated position than the other pearls of the Amalfi Coast. Ravello offers grand architecture, exquisite gardens and panoramic views. You will have about one hour on your own to visit the Duomo or Villa Rufolo (optional; entrance fees not included).
The arrival in Sorrento is expected to be approximately around 4:30pm depending on the traffic. Please note that the order of the cities visited may change for operational reason without advance notice.
