- Passengers must be a minimum of 8 years of age.
- Your safety is the tour guide’s first and foremost concern. The tour operator reserves the right to make the final decision regarding a participant’s ability to operate a vehicle. If a participant is deemed unable to drive safely, they may be reassigned as a passenger,subject to seat availability, or placed in the guide’s vehicle, if space permits. The operator may also discontinue a participant’s use of the vehicle at any point during the tour for safety reasons. No refunds will be granted in these cases.
- Third-party insurance for civil liability is included in the price of the tour. On the spot you will be given the option to buy an additional insurance against vehicle damages.
- The tour runs rain or shine. The route will be adjusted to stay safe and dry when possible. If heavy rain continues, the tour will shift entirely to the minivan. Guests who choose to ride in the rain must wear proper rain gear.
- Group of 15 people or less.
