The Villa is located in the heart of Crete Senesi. It is one of the few remaining examples of a lime-kiln from the early 1900 and located a few kilometers from Rapolano Terme, not far from famous art cities such as Siena, Arezzo and Perugia.

Guests can enjoy a large private garden and private swimming pool (6m x 12m, depth 1.10 m - 1.50 m) and table tennis.

We recommend you to come with your own car, as public transport are few and do not reach all the towns or places you might want to visit. Nearby there is no taxi service.

The villa is on 3 levels internally (300 sqm); both the ground and intermediate floors have direct access to the garden, being the outdoor area a terraced one, not entirely on a single level.

The largest floor of the villa is the intermediate one.

Outdoor area with sofas.

Intermediate floor:

Entrance in the living room with fireplace, TV SAT and dvd player, kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, american coffee machine, espresso machine, microwave).

The cooking corner has to be left clean and the rubbish taken away, otherwise there will be a 50 € fee.
