Il Mulino is a lovely vacation property rental near Arezzo, Tuscany.

Once a mill, it was restored and converted into splendid accommodation with characteristic Tuscan style furnishings. Il Mulino is divided into two apartments (rented together) that are not connected. Each apartment has a double bedroom and sofa bed, to comfortably accommodate 2-4 people.

The units are part of a larger property. Beside and above them there are other apartments that do not have access to the Il Mulino garden or pool. The property owners live at the garden entrance, but they also do not use the outdoor spaces reserved for Il Mulino guests.

There is an overpass a few meters from the garden and pool, belonging to the road that connects Arezzo to the beautiful Casentino area.

Il Mulino’s location is within easy reach of the splendid cities of Arezzo and Florence, as well as the charming cities of the Val di Chiana, the Val d’Orcia and nearby Umbria.
