From "focaccette" with cheese, to Torta Pasqualina and the famous Farinata made with chickpeas, you will discover the secrets of the simple and delicious Ligurian street food. Plus, your host will share with you her family recipes passed down for generations. At the end you will taste everything you have prepared paired with some local wine for a fantastic lunch in Valentina’s garden.
