Duration: 8 hours
Today begins with a visit to an artisan butcher where you will taste the famous Piedmontese meats including battuta al coltello (raw meat), sausages of Bra served on fresh warm artisanal bread, and other delicious cold cuts.
Lunch will be at a typical Piedmontese trattoria where you will sample a few of the local specialties from their tasting menu plus wine.
Your last stop is to a small and excellent Barbaresco wine producer. The visit includes a stroll in the vineyards, estate, and cellar for a tasting of Moscato, Barbera and Barbaresco.
