Just think about all of the Italian dishes that involve some permutation of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil... They're all, with very few exceptions, Neapolitan! The truth is that eating is among the most serious pastimes in Naples, but if that isn't enough of a reason to visit this enthralling city, its vivacious culture, ancient roots, and devotion to the arts should be a powerful draw!
