An active learning program that combines cooking, wine and Italian Language

In classes of 4-8 students (no more than 12), you will learn Italian through guided conversation exchanges with other participants from all over the world. The classes concentrate on the spoken language that you will encounter in daily life in Italy. The teaching method involves active participation in conversations, dialogues, games, and class readings.

Excursion to the Lucca wine area to visit the vineyards and wineries and enjoy guided wine tastings. Dinner: pairing Italian wine with food.

Saturday

10 am - 5 pm


 

One-day trip to wine producers in the Chianti area. Visit of Greve in Chianti and the market. Visit of a winery and wine tasting.   Lunch in a restaurant.
