Day by Day Itinerary:

Thursday: Arrival in Florence!
Private transfer from Airport to Hotel in Florence.  Accommodation in Hotel.  Free time for individual visits.  Dinner at leisure.
Overnight in Hotel in Florence

 

Friday: Excursion to Pisa and Lucca with wine tasting
Breakfast in Hotel.  Full Day excursion in the medieval towns of Tuscany with an English speaking driver. First stop will be in a typical winery for a cellar tour and wine, oil and cheese tasting. Than you will have the possibility to visit San Miniato, famous for its white truffle, Pisa with its Leaning Tower in Piazza dei Miracoli, The Cathedral, The Baptistry and Camposanto. Last stop will be in Lucca where there will be the possibility of having light lunch in a typical restaurant. In Lucca you will find the splendid oval Piazza Anfiteatro, originally a Roman Ampitheater, the Duomo di San Martino and the Torre Giunigi.  Dinner at leisure.

Saturday: Excursion  to Cinque Terre

(NOTE: THIS TOUR MAY BE SUBSTITUED WITH AN ALTERNATE EXCURSION DEPENDING ON WEATHER AND TOPOGRAPHY)
Breakfast in Hotel.  Full Day excursion to Cinque Terre with an English speaking driver by van and by ferry boat. Departure in the morning from the Hotel and transfer to Liguria. The tour starts to Monterosso, the largest village. Monterosso with its ancient historic center and sandy beaches, gives you an introduction to its cultural events and relaxing summer season. Next stop will be Vernazza, the only natural port of the five villages. with its eloquent towers, plunges you into the past. Its small stone paved street leads you down to the port of its charming bay.

Last stop will be Manarola, a medieval village perched on an outcrop, is connected to Riomaggiore through the famous "Via dell'amore", a wonderful path carved in the rock a few meters above the sea.  Lunch and dinner at leisure.

Sunday: City Tour
Breakfast in Hotel.  In the morning free time for individual visits.  Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon walking tour of Florence with an English speaking guide through the heart of Florence town. Here you will admire the most important monuments of the Florence culture: Duomo complex with the Baptistery and the Giotto Tower, The Church of Orsanmichele with statues by Donatello, the Strew Market, Piazza della Signoria with Palazzo della Signoria, one of the most important symbol of Florence. Dinner at leisure.

Monday: Excursion to Siena and San Gimignano with wine tasting
Breakfast in Hotel.  In the morning excursion to Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Chianti with an English speaking driver to visit the most important sites of Tuscany region.  One stop will be done in a typical winery for a cellar tour with a tasting of Chianti wine and other typical products such as olive oil, bread and cheese.  After, visit two medieval towns: San Gimignano and Monteriggioni.  Last stop will be in Siena where you will visit Piazza Del Campo, famous for the Palio Palio di Siena.  Return in Hotel.  Dinner at leisure.

Tuesday: Day at leisure
Breakfast in Hotel.  All day free for individual visits.  Dinner in a restaurant walking distance to the Hotel.

If you go to Florence you need to go to Uffizi Gallery. With this tour you can get the ticket and enter inside the Museum skipping the line. This tour will take you to the outlets of the most famous prestigious Italian fashion designer. The tour starts to Florence in order to drive to Prada outlet and to the Mall, an outlet for prestigious high fashion companies such as Gucci, Armani, Fendi, Valentino, Loro Piana.

Cooking Class
Guided by a multilingual chef you will have the possibility of visit the historical market of San Lorenzo, where you will select the ingredients you will need to prepare a four-course meal.  After a starter, a first course, a second course and a dessert will be prepared by you, you could also eat the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a Tuscan wine.
