Nearest arrival/departure destination: Arrezo - 30 km
A splendid break in the Agriturismo Paterna, an oasis of tranquillity immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Once settled in, there will be a quick visit of the farm with a tasting of the wines produced there.
This will be followed by dinner in the loggia where the seasonal and traditional cuisine will be presented and explained to guests, including ingredients produced on the farm and Slow Food Presiudium products from Valdarno. All accompanied by the wines produced in the region.
This wonderful experience is completed by a tasting of the most representative products of the local tradition and of the Slow Food philosophy: Zolfino beans, Tarese Valdarno bacon, pecorino sheeps' cheese, bread baked in wood fire ovens, various types of salamis, Sangiovese wines and Vin Santo.
