Just a short distance away, outside Gaiole in Chianti, dinner will be served at the Osteria al Ponte, a charming, traditional tavern which has been transformed from an old mill. Here the best dishes of the Tuscan tradition have been creatively revisited, dishes such as mixed crostini, “pici” pasta with cheese and pepper, Chiantigena boar and homemade desserts.
