Hotel Agriturismo La Tenuta dell'Argento is immersed in the incontaminated countryside at the foot of Monti della Tolfa near Civitavecchia. The estate was born in 1950 from the restoration of traditional, old family farmhouses. All the rooms are decorated in harmony with the surrounding environment: furniture in solid chestnut and natural colours throughout; some of the rooms can be found in the old stables which have views over the hay lofts which are still in use, others overlook a green field surrounded by laurels.
Dinner at the estate's characteristic restaurant, in a warm and rustic atmosphere with splendid views of the sea. Taste typical dishes from the area, made using only natural ingredients and the beef bred on the estate; dishes such as agnolotti pasta with meat sauce or veal morsels to be cooked on a soapstone.
