Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival
Arrive at the hotel and check-in. Time to relax. Traditional dinner of local seasonal produce and Slow Food Presidium products from Tuscany accompanied by a selection of regional wines at the Trattoria Le Panzanelle on the Chiantigiana road to Radda.

Day 2 - San Gimignano
Visit the 13th century San Gimignano museum to hear the incredible history of this city, its architectural and artisitic genius and its cultural traditions. Free time for some shopping, then move along the ancient Via Francigena to taste the traditional products from the area: the Certaldo onion (Slow Food Presidium), San Gimignano’s saffron and the organic extra-virgin olive oil from the small family-run “Il Castagnolino”. A visit to the farm and an introduction to the techniques used in producing organic oil, followed by a light lunch.
