Day 1 - Arrival
Arrive at the hotel and check in. Traditional dinner at the Trattora Vite e Vitello.

Day 2 - Syracuse, Val d’Anapo
Morning guided tour of the town, one of the most important and strategic political centers in Ancient Greece. Visit the archaeological park and walk around the heart of the center – Ortigia Island. Afternoon visit to the Fausta Mansio Winery, just outside Syracuse in the Val d’Anapo, walk around the structure and sample their wines accompanied by some typical local produce.

Day 3 - Noto
Free Morning.  Traditional lunch in Noto at the Trattoria del Crocifisso da Baglieri at the top of the town near the Church of the Crucifix. Free time to wander around the amazing historical town center imbued with Sicilian baroque, do some shopping, enjoy a special coffee in the Caffè Sicilia and try some of the luscious traditional desserts made with Slow Food Presidium’s Noto almonds. Free time.
