Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival
Arrive at the hotel and check-in. Free time to stroll around the historical center and do some gourmand shopping while paying a visit to the Santo Spirito Monastery where the nuns make and sell typical pastries of Agrigento. Traditional dinner at the Trattoria Caico near the San Leone waterfront with a seadfood based menu.

Day 2 - Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples, Grotte, Castrofilippo
Morning guided tour of the spectacular “Valley of the Temples”, which stands as testimony to the ancient Greek civilisation in Sicily. Departure for Grotte, a little hamlet in the Agrigento hinterland which is steeped in history. Visit the Morgante Winery situated on top of a hill in the beautiful countryside of the Val di Mazara. Walk around the Winery and taste some of its wines accompanied by some typical local produce.
