Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival
Arrive at the hotel and check-in. Free time for a stroll around the center of Gallipoli and a visit to the Ipogei ancient oil mill.
Overnight
Day 2 - Lecce, Galatina
Morning guided tour of the historical center of Lecce, known as “The Pearl of the Baroque”. Lunch a short distance from the Piazza Sant’Oronzo in the historical Trattoria Alle Due Corti for a traditional Lecce menu. Afternoon in Galatina and a visit to the Valle dell’Asso Farm, walk around the farm and taste their wines and olive oils accompanied by some local produce.

Day 3 - Cutrofiano, Porto Selvaggio
Visit a terracotta laboratory in Cutrofiano for a short demonstration. An afternoon visit to the Natural Reserve at Porto Selvaggio, visit the Masseria Brusca, a splendid 16th century building which is part of the Food Community of Porto Selvaggio, and sample the typical local cheeses and preserves from Lecce (the cotognata) and stroll around the Reserve.
