Day by Day Itinerary:

Day 1 - Arrival
Arrive at the hotel and check in. Time to relax and for an aperitif in front of the castle. Then classical Ferrarese dinner with local seasonal produce accompanied by a selection of regional wines at the Trattoria L’Oca Giuliva, listed from Slow Food among the 50 best Italian restaurants serving traditional dishes of their territories.

Day 2 - Ferrara
Explore Ferrara, the fascinating ancient city once seat of the Este Dukedom. Guided stroll through the historical center, visiting the Estense castle, the Duomo cathedral and the Diamanti Palace. Traditional lunch at the Trattoria l’Oca Giuliva.

In the afternoon, cooking lesson dedicated to the traditional Ferrarese cuisine, followed by dinner based on dishes typical of the local cuisine accompanied by wines of the Ferrarese vineyards.
