Day 1 - Arrival
Arrive at the hotel and check-in. Time to relax. Traditional dinner of local seasonal produce along with Slow Food Presidium products from Emilia-Romagna accompanied by a selection of regional wines at the Trattoria del Meloncello.

Day 2 - Bologna
Morning visit to the Slow Food Earth Market, set in the characteristic courtyard of the Cineteca di Bologna, for a stroll through the market stalls selling many different and varied locally grown and Slow Food Presidia products from the Emilia Romagna region: honey, cheeses, salami, confectionery, wines and beer. Free time to walk around the city and do some shopping. In the Bentivoglio Cellars located in the heart of town dinner based on some typical local dishes accompanied by local wines and live music.
