Perillo's Italy Vacations will email all your documents (e-docs) via a PDF (Portable Document Format) attachment to the email address you give us when you submit your order. You simply open the attachment and print up all your documents. We send one document or voucher per product, not per person. Examples of products are hotels, sightseeing, car rentals, etc. The only type of voucher which will be directly mailed to your home address are rail tickets and reservations which will come in paper form.
