ITINERARY:

Day 01 - Saturday
Depart the USA
Overnight flight from the US to Naples on Alitalia Airlines.

Day 02 - Sunday
Arrival at Naples airport
Meet your assistant and relax on your transfer to the Hotel Cetus in Cetara. With it's striking views of the Amalfi Coast, Enjoy a welcome cocktail, and dinner at hotel. Once you've seen the views from the terrace, you will be in love.

Day 03 - Monday
Visit: Pompei & Naples
Enjoy buffet breakfast before heading out for a morning tour of the magnificent Pompeii, a city buried in ashes of the volcanic event in 79AD. It is a unforgettable experience to see this city frozen in time. Tour the excavations with a private guide.
Transfer to Naples and enjoy lunch in a traditional Neapolitan Pizzeria. After lunch a visit of Naples historical center. See Naples old town, Posillipo, Piazza del Plebiscito, San Carlo theatre and Naples' castles.

En route stop in the most famous patisserie of the city to taste the world famous sfogliatella. Deliciouso! Return to the hotel where you will have free time in the evening.

Day 04- Tuesday
Cooking Experience and Paestum
Buffet breakfast.
You will be taken to Villa Lupara Farm House where you will spend the morning enjoying a cooking experience. After savouring Neapolitan cooking, learn how to make Mozzarella Cheese and take a visit of the Farm House.
In the afternoon visit the ruins of ancient Greek occupied Paestum. Visit the Greek Temple of Hera, the second Temple of Hera and the Temple of Athena, as well as Greek pottery and painted tombs all circa 500 BC. You will be accompanied by a local guide.
Return to the hotel with dinner to follow.

Day 05 - Wednesday
Pasta & Pomodoro in the Countryside
Buffet breakfast
Pasta & Pomodoro are the primary ingredients to a great Italian meal. The countryside of Amalfi coast is the best place to find great pasta and San Marzano tomatoes.
In the morning visit scenic Sorrento and continue onto Gragnano to visit the Afeltra Pasta factory, one the oldest pasta maker in Italy where pasta is still made the old-fashion way. Watch pasta being created and enjoy it for lunch with your new friends.
On the way back to the hotel, stop in a farm house for a local-wine tasting experience.
Return to the hotel for a free evening.

Day 06 - Thursday
Discover Amalfi Coast
Buffet breakfast
Transfer to Amalfi and visit of the Old Town of Amalfi. Continue to Positano and enjoy the view from the hilltop. Continue to Ravello and visit this magnificent town.
Return back with the tour to the hotel, or if you wish, stay in Amalfi for some free time and dinner, or hop on a local bus to further explore the local Amalfi Coast villages.

Day 07 - Friday
Free Day at Leisure
Buffet breakfast

Use this day to venture out an explore on your own. You have easy access to Vietri to visit the ceramic shops, or take a longer venture over to Capri for the day.

Be back in time for our Farewell Dinner in Vietri a colorful village, where ceramics are a specialty. You'll be tempted to send home some of these beautiful ceramic treasures.

Day 08 -Saturday Departure
Buffet breakfast
Meeting with assistant and transfer to Naples Airport for your flight home.
Say farewell to the beautiful Amalfi Coast and start making plans for when you will return to Italy.
